Superb stay in a well-designed hotel. The rooms were cosy and convenient, had smoke detectors for safety. The breakfast had plenty of decent options, and was good. Quick check-in and top-notch customer service. A nice beach, priceless view.

We had an awesome stay at this silent and practical hotel. Heated pool area with a sauna and a whirlpool. Branded juices and good beer in the main bar, ample parking place. The gastronomic restaurant was amazing with lots of meals in the menu.

Strategic location, absolutely exceptional staff, exceptionally comfortable bed. Hotel was neat. The best local beach I've seen before. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was perfect. Everything was good and within 24 minutes' drive of Tenerife Norte airport. The service at this old historic property was fantastic.

We liked food and staff here. There was a free Wi Fi. 600 metres from the hotel you'll find Cafeteria Paraiso, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. A right place for exploring Puerto de la Cruz.

Location really close to playa del muelle and easy access to plaza charco. If you want to eat nearby, try La Marea, which is situated 500 m away:)))
